How can my group or organisation change the 'person responsible' and update the account password afterwards?

You can update the person responsible for your community group or organisation whenever you wish by following these three simple steps:  

1. Ask your 'person responsible' to sign into your account on BeConnected
2. After you have logged in, go to ‘my account’  
3. Update the name and contact number of the person responsible
