If you are changing the person responsible for your group or organisation, it is important that you also update your account password so the new person responsible for your group or organisation can securely sign in and out BeConnected.

To update your account password, follow these three simple steps:

  1. Ask your 'person responsible' to sign into your account on BeConnected
  2. After you have logged in, go to ‘my account’ and click ‘change my login details’.  
  3. The person who you have assigned as the new ‘responsible person’ should enter a new password that they will use to sign in to BeConnected
