1/WHAT WE WANT TO DO

we want to install pre built self contained accommodation cabin for special needs cabin with hoists and space for carer giving access to farm park and wider access to caithness , with small sensory garden for people visiting lybster and highlands area and alterations to make park more wheelchair accessable alongside our new changing place toilets we are getting.
were trying to make caithness a more accessable place.
There is a seriouse lack of accommodation in caithness for this type of unit , the unit will be stylish but yet fully accessable , the unit will be heated and insulated for 365 year round accommodation , fully accessable , 10 yr guarantee and made in the uk .

undertake site preperation and infrastructure works
improve ability to have a holiday /respite in caithness
improve park accessability to all by putting down grass matting for pathways , bridges over water , wider gates , insaling disabled acess parking space by cabin , ,wide enough for ambulance .

3/ OUR PROJECT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING IMPACT
increase access to all , where there is no such facility in caithness that we are aware about .
increase visitor numbers to caithness , which suppies the economy where we will employ a cleaner/staff member to take care of the accommodation .
Support familys with disabled members , so inclusive for all.
Gives access to 12 million disabled people within the uk
4/ KEY MILESTONE
We have received funding to put in a changing place toilet for the park , this will be one of two available in caithness wide area.
we have widened doorways , made our barns walk through for wheelchairs and rainy days.
our reindeer experience we have build indoor viewing room with lower feeding windows for wheelchairs and children .
The farm park is disability confident commited from 02/10/25 and recognised
