1. To build more homes for the community.
2. Both long and Short term accommodation are in short supply on Knoydart. Building more homes will alllow the next generation to settle, enabling population stability, increase housing security and contribute to retaining and developing a sustainable community.
3. The project will achieve housing for up to 22 people, Family Homes, Single person homes, accessible homes.
