Located on land owned by the Kyle of Sutherland Hub, we wish to build a new community resource building, The Den, that will enable us to meet the increasing demands for our community services to all.

We are seeking funding for the build of a new community resource building, The Den, that will transform the delivery of activity for the benefit of community members in the parishes of Creich, Ardgay and Lairg, other outlaying communities through creating additional opportunities, support the sustainability of an existing charity and social enterprise, reduce the areas carbon footprint, and contribute to the long-term success of the local economy through increased footfall and long term employment. All aspects which directly benefit the local residents and support their access to the project, all supported by the community through the Local Place Plan and Community Action Plan as a priority. Enabling greater access to the existing project to support an increase in demand and need for our services for children, youths, the family, adults and over 60's.

Full planning and building regulations have been obtained, a shovel ready project which the communtiy have been fully consulted on, QS costed and a full design report.
